Michael is a seasoned Executive Coach with more than 20 years experience in corporate management and human resources. He has worked with major MNCs throughout Greater China and Asia Pacific in a range of industries including: chemicals, FMCG, banking, logistics, manufacturing and energy. Michael works with clients across the management spectrum ranging from middle to senior executives and C-suite leaders.  


Michael has held many senior HR leadership roles in companies such as ABN AMRO Bank N.V, Kerry Group, Spectrum Worldwide and Lee Hecht Harrison. He has worked with HR teams in Singapore, China, Korea, Japan, India, Australia and New Zealand and is comfortable operating in multi-cultural work environments.  As a corporate HR leader he spent a significant amount of time coaching and developing people, driving talent identification and development programmes, designing people strategies, restructuring and designing integration process to support acquisitions, and developing HR strategies and policies to manage transformation of change. 


Over the past 20 years, he has conducted leadership workshops for a wide variety of industries.  His areas of expertise include executive coaching and career coaching, leadership development facilitation, talent assessment and development, and change management in the manufacturing, banking and financial services. 


Michael holds a Master of Education in Continuing Education (Training and Development) from the University of Sheffield and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the National University of Singapore. He further attained a post-graduate diploma in Training and Development from the Singapore Institute of Management. He is a certified practitioner of the following instruments and programmes:
