Edward is a seasoned HR professional with more than 20 years experience in human resources and corporate management. He has worked with major MNCs throughout Greater China and Asia Pacific with a range of industries including luxury automobile retail, environmental services (energy management), specialty chemicals, property development and telecommunications. Edward works with clients across the management spectrum ranging from middle to senior executives and C-suite level leaders.  


Edward has held many senior HR leadership roles in companies such as Lei Shing Hong China, Dalkia Asia, Keppel Land and Singapore Telecommunications. He has worked with HR teams in Singapore, China (including SAR Hong Kong and Macau), Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, and Australia and is comfortable operating in multicultural work environments.  As a corporate HR leader, he spent significant amount of time developing and implementing HR frameworks, policies, processes and programmes relating to all human resources areas including talent acquisitions, succession planning, talent assessment and development, feedback and coaching, performance management, organisation structure design, employee engagement and corporate culture transformation.


Over the past 20 years, he has conducted leadership workshops for a wide variety of industries. He is skilled in programme design, workshop facilitation, and delivery of leadership, talent and succession planning programmes. He has worked with the corporate and regional HR teams of many clients to improve employee engagement. His areas of expertise include conducting focused group discussions, developing action plans and tracking action plan implementation. 


Edward holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours, Second Class Upper Division) degree from National University of Singapore and a Diploma in Human Resources from Singapore Institute of Management. He is a certified practitioner of the following instruments and programmes:
