Cindy is a seasoned and skilled management trainer, executive coach and consultant. She has more than 20 years of experience working for and advising some of the largest multinational companies in both North America, Europe and throughout Asia. In addition, Cindy has expertise in a broad range of areas including: change management, cross cultural understanding, performance management, developing executive presence, strategy development, advance presentation skills, designing and facilitating leadership development programmes and executive coaching.

 

While in Canada, Cindy spent 10 years working with Frito-Lay, a division of PepsiCo. In her leadership capacity as Director, Human Resources she had responsibility, not only for all areas of Human Resources, but also for providing vital interface support for the Sales, Manufacturing, Supply & Distribution groups. At Frito-Lay, and as a repeated National Vendor Account Award holder, she expanded her cross-functional skills base as Senior Key Account Manager and was responsible for a multi-million dollar portfolio.

 

She later joined TELUS Mobility, one of Canada’s largest wireless carriers. Cindy took on the role of National Account Manager where she was responsible for the portfolio of the company’s two largest clients along with national responsibility for the Sales and Marketing strategy. Again she was part of the Senior Management team in the development of the Client Integration Strategy after TELUS’ buyout of Clearnet Inc.

 

Since moving to China in 2002, Cindy has established her reputation as an executive coach, consultant and trainer in human resources, marketing and sales management.

 

Her training and consultancy work has spanned many industries. Her clients include retail, FMCG, mining, IT, pharmaceutical, financial services/banking, retail, automotive and the private and public sectors.

 

Cindy is a certified practitioner of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®) Step I & II. She is also Director and Vice Chair of the Canada China Business Council, Chair of the CCBC HR Committee. She gained her Bachelor of Commerce degree from Dalhousie University in Canada where she majored in Marketing and Human Resources. Cindy is also a graduate of the Rutgers EMBA program with a specialty in Finance and Strategy.
