Cynthia is a seasoned sales, management and training professional with over 20 years experience in solutions sales, training and consulting and is a fully qualified SPIN sales trainer. She has worked with major MNCs throughout Greater China with a range of industries including technology, healthcare, chemicals, consumer goods, electronics, financial services and logistics. 

 

Cynthia held numerous positions in sales during a 6-year career with Hewlett-Packard China. Her proactive and customer-focused approach saw her ranked as the top sales performer of her division in 1999. In 2001, Cynthia joined AchieveGlobal as a consultant and soon expanded responsibilities to both business development and training delivery. With consistent top sales performance, she became Regional Sales Director and then  Greater China Training Director, managing trainer development, seminar implementation and solution customisation. Her credibility as a salesperson and seasoned facilitator were critical to her success in this demanding role. Cynthia is also a certified trainer/assessor to Wilson Learning, DDI and Hay solutions.  

 

Over the past 14 years, she has conducted many workshops for more than 110 clients from a wide variety of industries in the areas of sales, presentation, leadership and service oriented programmes. Cynthia’s design experience has given her a strong appreciation for the need to closely link skills to the business challenges faced by participants. She has the ability to customise learning solutions probing deeply into the needs, requirements and constraints of the clients. Her tailor-made solutions for GE Healthcare, TE, Lenovo and others have helped clients to achieve business results successfully.

 

Cynthia holds a Bachelor and Master Degree in International Relations from Peking University. She found the non-profit program Career Intelligence and is devoted to voluntary work. She is a qualified trainer and practitioner for the following programmes:
