Ivy is a well-established HR professional with more than 20 years experience in Human Resources and Project Management in diverse industries including financial, property development, luxury retail and consumer goods.  She is specialised in organisational development, leadership and talent development, succession planning, global HR information systems and performance management.  


During her career Ivy took various leadership roles with Manulife, Sun Hung Kai Properties, Gucci and British American Tobacco in Greater China and Asia. Some of her career achievements include rolling out a web-based recruitment mechanism and piloting a global system on career planning and performance management for BAT in Greater China. As the Asia Project Manager for Manulife she led the implementation of a global integrated HR Information System, covering 10 geographies with more than 8000 employees in Asia.  She also strategised extensive regional organisational development initiatives and led a series of change management programmes for the company. 


Over the past 20 years, she has conducted many workshops for a wide variety of industries. Her expertise are in the areas of coaching and mentoring, change management, leadership development, performance management, personal effectiveness, presentation skills, problem solving, assessor training, interviewing skills and team building. 


Ivy holds an MSc in Organisational Behaviour from the London University, an MBA from the University of Hull, a BA from the Hong Kong Baptist University, and a Diploma in Training Management from the Chinese University.
