Judy has over 20 years of corporate experience in sales and human resources in multinational companies in the US and in the Greater China region. She has worked with global corporations in manufacturing, financial services, Information technology, mass media, property development and is now a full time management trainer, coach and HR consultant. 

 

After starting her career as a realtor with a residential real estate company in the US she moved into sales as the Director of Sales for a US mass media company. During this time she honed her skills as a top sales professional and a sales trainer. She later joined a prominent Taiwanese internet company as a Sales Director responsible for the Advertising and e-Business operations. She then moved into financial services industry and worked for a prominent global bank as the Head of Corporate Services for Taiwan and the PRC. She was in charge of the regional marketing team and was awarded the ‘Regional Ambassadors Award for Sales Excellence’ in 2002.  

 

In 2004, Judy joined a training consultancy firm as a motivational coach/trainer, consultant. She designed and delivered many training programmes for different clients on leadership development, cultural awareness, change management, creative thinking, team building and performance management. In 2008 she joined an international tobacco company as Human Resources Director heading the training and recruitment, compensation and benefit and employee relations divisions. She was instrumental in leading the HR team to achieve the “2013-14 Best Companies to Work for Award” in Taiwan and Global certification as Top Employer 2014-2016. She has a wealth of experience in driving talent management projects from assessment to implementation and steered and built up succession plans for key positions in the company.  Judy is now an independent trainer and coach. She works with senior executives on organisational structure, key talent acquisition and development, succession planning and implementing culture change. 

 

Judy holds an EMBA from the Helsinki School of Economics and AA Degree from Pasadena City College.
