He has designed and delivered global leadership programmes in strategic thinking, change management, personal leadership, team development, performance management and succession planning.
Following his career in banking, communications and insurance he moved into a training and leadership development role. Throughout his career he has continually achieved business results and profit growth through strong and creative management techniques.
Kent has been designing and delivering executive education in Asia for more than a decade. As the Managing Director (AP) for the University of Michigan Business School, one of the world's leading business schools, he specialised in assessing the human resource development needs of regional and global operations and developing customised management and executive training solutions. His recent clients include Shui On Land; Schaeffler; Asian Development Bank, BASF; Securities and Futures Commission Hong Kong, Bayer Material Science; Cigna Insurance; China Light and Power and Powerseraya.
He is an expert in designing global management development practices and building organisational and personal capability.
