Lily is an HRD professional with over 10 years experience as a full time trainer and coach. She is a lively and interactive trainer and is skilled at facilitating experiential learning.
Lily started work in international book trading but then moved to a career in people development. She worked as a trainer and a coach at BMW, Porsche, Mercedes-Benz, and Deloitte. Her various roles have included consulting, coaching and training in general management, sales, after-sales, marketing, and HR. She has been instrumental in improving leadership capabilities of managers and their top teams using training, role play learning and individual coaching. Her other assignments have included design and delivery of a sales training course for the world's largest used car company American Manheim.
Lily focuses on Leadership, Team Building, Presentation Skills and Effective Communication Skills. Her clients include Lenovo, NKT, the World Bank, Nokia, Fedex, Swiss Reinsurance, Ericsson, and GlaxoSmithKline. As a retained trainer of Motorola, she delivered a large sales management training project for MOTONEXT-WHY MOTO for Motorola's North Asia region. She has also trained for major academic institutes including Tsing Hua University (MBA programme) and the China Europe International Business School (EMBA programme).
