Malcolm is a seasoned trainer, facilitator, and coach with 15 years’ experience in China, Singapore, and Asia Pacific. He has expertise in leadership, strategy, team building and personal development. His clients include many global blue-chip companies in the automotive, banking and finance, consumer goods, food, and information technology sectors. They include  Alibaba, ASML, BMW, Goldman Sachs, Huawei, Lenovo, Kraft, Microsoft, P&G, UBS and Volkswagen.

Since his arrival in China in 2002, Malcolm has worked with numerous multinational, state-owned and small and medium enterprises. Over the course of his career he has trained, coached, and assessed over 10,000 participants from all over the world. Before starting his career as a trainer and coach Malcolm established his own event consultancy firm focusing on both local and international clients. He later became an independent distributor successfully leading a multilevel marketing business. He was also the co-founder for E-Pitome Infomediaries – an IT company that explored opportunities in the Chinese Market. These entrepreneurial experiences have given him a wealth of knowledge and experience in managing and running business whilst developing teams and establishing operations.

Malcom is a passionate people developer and an experienced leadership trainer and coach. His subject areas include team development, change management and transformation, sales and entrepreneurship, business etiquette, health and wellness, intercultural awareness, language and communication skills.  He works with leaders at all levels from senior managers to team leaders. He builds up rapport with participants quickly, and facilitates workshops in a highly interactive way.

Malcolm graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours) and is a Certified Career and Behavioral Consultant. He is a regular guest lecturer at the BBA, MBA and Masters of Finance Programmes at Peking, Tsinghua, and Renmin Universities in China.
