Mark is an experienced and accomplished international sales professional with more than 20 years experience in sales management, sales leadership and sales effectiveness. He has sales consulting experience in the banking, financial services, insurance, real estate and professional services sectors. Mark draws from many years of practical sales management and business experience to bring relevant real world solutions to common sales problems.

 

Mark began his career in banking in the UK with the Royal Bank of Scotland in the Private Banking and Corporate Division. During this time he developed a reputation for being a consistent high performer. In late 2002, he co-founded a boutique investment brokerage in Singapore and led a team that built a business within 5 years producing USD 40 million annual revenue. In 2009, Mark joined Jardin Smith International as a Regional Director and was asked to help revitalize an ailing real-estate business in Kuala Lumpur. Within two years, the business had more than doubled its annual business from $7 million to $19 million. He later joined Antics Media as a Managing Director and ideated and directed efforts for development of Asia’s first ever, style oriented social network (stylekandi.com).  

 

 

In 2013 he joined Sustainable Asset Management an asset management firm that invests in sustainable resources as the Managing Director. During this time he personally led capital raising-sales initiatives in the Middle East. He also implemented Miller Heiman sales methodologies, which were instrumental in helping the business raise $107 million within two years. At present Mark is a Consultant Partner for Miller Heiman helping businesses improve performance through assessments, benchmarking, training, coaching and performance tools that help implement winning sales strategies. With natural enthusiasm, exuberance and a love of helping people to succeed; he connects well with the audience from small classroom setting to large keynote presentations.

 

Mark is a Graduate of Business Studies from the University of Gloucestershire. He is a certified practitioner of the following Miller Heiman Programmes:
