Thomas has over 25 years experience in complex B2B sales and management roles. He has lived and worked in Asia for more than 20 years spending most of his time in Singapore and Taiwan. He has a strong background in capital equipment and industrial automation and a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical, life science, machine building, engineering, food and beverage, semiconductor, chemical and oil and gas industries.


Thomas held various positions in several large European-based companies ranging from field sales to general management. He was also hands-on in other roles including product management, business development and marketing. In these roles he managed sales teams, including channel partners, and led them to top performance through ongoing training and development. He also set up and grew several sales and service organisations in Asia.


In 2013 Thomas set up his own consultancy specialising in performance optimisation for sales and service organisations. Solutions are focused on improving corporate metrics and developing individuals through training and consulting, thus transforming companies into world-class sales and service organisations. He has worked on global assignments for several major international companies in healthcare, technology, chemical engineering, electronics, aviation, professional services, media, advertising, manufacturing and hospitality.


Thomas has an MSc in Technology Management from Deakin University, Melbourne and a BSc in Electrical Engineering from the University of Applied Science, Mannheim, Germany.  Thomas is a specialist in the Miller Heiman methodology, where he began as an Achieve Global facilitator in 2013. Today he is a Master Trainer with wide experience in the complete Professional Selling Skills® Portfolio. He is a certified practitioner of the following programmes:
