Trevor is an experienced and qualified executive coach, trainer and sales performance consultant across a variety of industries.  With over 30 years of front-line business experience in the Financial Services sector in both Europe and Asia. 


Until November 2013 Trevor was a member of the Executive Management Team of Standard Life (Asia) a wholly owned subsidiary of Standard Life plc, one of the UK’s most respected investment groups and FTSE 100 company. This C-corridor experience and front line sales know-how gives him great credibility when working with leaders, sales executives and managers at all levels. He is able to apply this practical business knowledge as a highly effective executive coach and trainer and brings to his coaching extensive intercultural corporate experience and business know-how.

He has been resident in Hong Kong for over 12 years and throughout this time he has accumulated practical business experience as to how larger organisations operate effectively within sales and distribution, key account development and relationship management throughout the Asia region. 

Trevor coaches CEO’s, senior executives, business leaders, sales professionals and emerging talent including one-to-one, group and organisational transition coaching. His areas of expertise include executive coaching and mentoring, organisational change, developing leaders and emerging talent, career transition and succession planning and personal effectiveness. As well as financial services, Trevor has worked with senior leaders from many business sectors, including banking; retail, marketing, media, asset management and his clients have included authors, musicians and TV personalities. 

Originally from the UK, Trevor is qualified as a ‘Chartered Insurer’, ‘Associate of the Personal Finance Society’ and ‘Certified Financial Planner’.  He has achieved the ‘Accreditation in Executive Coaching’ (Level 3) from the Institute of Executive Coaching (Aus) and is accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) as an ‘Associate Certified Coach’. He also completed the Mastery in Deep Facilitation conducted by CCE. 

Trevor is accredited in the use of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®) and Sales Performance Analysis (SPA™) and utilises the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument.
