Chris is a seasoned executive coach, trainer, and consultant specialising in the development and execution of strategy for senior managers of major Japanese and foreign multinationals. He has lived and worked in Japan for 18 years.
Chris is committed to the development of leaders.  His experience working as a senior consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers has given him a deep understanding of the systems leaders work within. His extensive experience in organizations allows him to identify and challenge mental models of his clients, leveraging their strengths to create positive results.

An engaging and thoughtful presenter, he combines rich content knowledge with a collaborative approach to find the best learning environment for his clients.  His training philosophy embodies the principles of Accelerated Learning, a methodology that awakens participants to their full learning ability. Chris provides a truly interactive experience to learning by leveraging the knowledge of the group.


Chris received a Japan-focused MBA from the University of Hawaii and an undergraduate degree in Intercultural Communications and Russian Language and Literature from the University of Minnesota.  He serves on the Board of Directors of Tokyo English Life Line, is a member of International Coach Federation and The Society for Organizational Learning.
