Cindy has extensive experience working for and advising some of the largest MNCs from North America, Europe and throughout Asia. As an entrepreuneur and someone who has worked for MNCs, Cindy is able to bring significant business expertise and real-life work experience to her Clients.

In addition, Cindy has expertise in a broad range of areas including: Talent & Organizational Development, Organization Transformation, Change Management, Cross Cultural Understanding, Performance Management, Strategy Development, designing and facilitating Leadership Development programs and Executive Coaching.
While in Canada, Cindy spent 10 years working with Frito-Lay, a division of PepsiCo. In her leadership capacity as Director, Human Resources she had responsibility, not only for all areas of Human Resources, but also for providing vital interface support for the Sales, Manufacturing and Supply & Distribution groups. At Frito-Lay, and as a repeated National Vendor Account Award holder, she expanded her cross-functional skills base as Senior Key Account Manager and was responsible for a multi-million-dollar portfolio.

Cindy later joined TELUS Mobility, one of Canada’s largest wireless carriers. Cindy took on the role of National Account Manager where she was responsible for the portfolio of the company’s two largest clients along with national responsibility for the Sales and Marketing strategy. Again, she was part of the Senior Management team in the development of the Client Integration Strategy after TELUS’ buyout of Clearnet Inc.

Cindy has been living in China for over 15 years. She has a B.Comm from Dalhousie University, Canada. Cindy is also a graduate of the Rutgers International EMBA program with a concentration in Finance and Strategy.

Cindy is a certified practitioner of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®) Step I & II, Hogan Assessment Instrument for Applications and Interpretation of the Hogan Personality Inventory and holds a Strategic Leadership Development (SLD) certification certified in MRG's Leadership Effectiveness Analysis (LEA) 360™ assessment. Cindy is also a PCC credentialed Executive Coach (ICF) with over 1,000 coaching hours working with senior executives. In 2016, Cindy was invited to be an evaluator for the World IAF Facilitation Impact Awards.

Cindy is a Director and serves on the board for Educating Girls in Rural China.

Cindy was recently appointed as a Global Advisor with NSBI, an advisory role to Canadian exporters in sharing knowledge and experience as a business leader based in China.

In March 2017 she published an article in HBR on her research “China Generational Differences and the Impact on Employee Engagement”.
