Lalita is a senior consultant, leadership trainer and an executive coach who assists executives and professionals succeed in the business world of continuous change and uncertainty with focus on behavioral change. Her areas of expertise include leadership development, communication, sales and negotiation, and change management. Lalita works with clients across the management spectrum ranging from middle to senior executives and C-suite level leaders.


Lalita has more than 20 years of experience working within the financial service sector in Asia. She has worked for Citigroup, Jardine Fleming, Morgan Stanley, ABN Amro, JP Morgan and RBS. Her career in Investment Banking has spanned across multi-functions, from audit, risk management, strategy and planning, derivatives structuring, derivative sales, equity hedge fund sales and hybrid sales, investment banking and asset management. With her broad range of Investment Banking exposure including bottom line responsibility and successfully leading diverse teams, with her most recent positions as Director of Sales at JP Morgan Chase and at RBS, she brings her strong leadership skills and ability to create impactful and sustainable changes by practicing new and creative ways to move forward.


The leadership positions she has held in her corporate life, has given her opportunities to engage and connect with people at different levels, understand how they think and behave, and how each of their values and experiences shape their performance and job satisfaction levels. Her resilience and adaptability to different cultures, and roles with different organisations as well as her leadership skills has helped her to facilitate the growth and development of the teams she has worked with.


Lalita holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree from the University of Bombay and is an Associate of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ACA) and Cost and Works Accountant (CWA).
