Echo is an Executive Coach and Organisational Development Consultant who has been involved in large scale OD and talent development work with multinationals in a global and regional (Asia Pacific) context for the last 18 years.
Echo was born and raised in China, and started her career in HR and Training and Development with Nestle and Unilever in Beijing, specialising in communication and leadership development. Echo then went overseas to Canada and provided OD consulting services across various industries including oil and gas, consumer goods, IT, engineering, financial services, pulp and paper and hospitality. She worked on a full time basis with blue chip multinationals such as Intel and Credit Suisse as well as with privately owned Asian conglomerates. As an external consultant, she has worked with Exxon Mobil, Siemens, Dell, RBS, Tesco, Coca Cola, IBM, Standard Life, Gore and the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC).
Echo holds a double bachelor degree (Engineering and Art) from Tianjin University in China, and an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario, Canada. She is fluent in English and Mandarin and has been living in Singapore since 2005.
