Mike has been a professional consultant and executive coach for the last 20 years. With a focus on behavioral change, his other specialist areas include executive assessment, leadership development and HR strategy. Prior to this, Mike gained over 15 years of corporate experience with two Fortune 10 companies.  During this time he worked extensively with HR strategy formulation, organisation planning, management selection and leadership development.


As an executive coach Mike has worked with executives and emerging leaders in the US and Asia across a wide range of industries, including aerospace, automotive, building systems, chemicals, consumer products, financial services, food/beverage, health care, pharmaceutical, publishing, telecommunications and utilities.  His clients have included executives and high-potentials going through significant transition as well as those needing to expand their skills or to remedy a significant leadership problem.


Mike received his Bachelor of Arts Degree at The University of Richmond, his Master’s Degree in Counselling at Virginia Commonwealth University and his Ed.D in Educational Leadership & Counseling at The College of William and Mary.  He is active in numerous civic and professional organisations including the Society for Industrial and Organisational Psychology (SIOP) and the Human Resources Planning Society (HRPS).
