Robin is an Executive Coach based in Hong Kong. His coaching experience encompasses a diversified industrial and cultural background. He has successfully coached over one hundred high potential executives of different industries in the areas of leadership, communication, career development and business strategy. His clients are mainly from multinational organisations and Government institutions.
Prior to his coaching experience, Robin was the CEO with Lark International Holdings Limited, and Head of Operations for American Express in the Asia. Lark is a diversified conglomerate with core activities in the entertainment, food and beverage, apparel, dairy products, investment and properties. During his tenure, the organisation improved significantly in major areas related to market positioning, revenue generation and new product development. He was responsible for bringing Imax technology into Hong Kong and China.
Robin has extensive experience in talent development. He was the Centre Director for The Management Development Centre of Hong Kong. He made major contributions by introducing state of the art leadership and people development programmes including the early introduction of executive coaching to the business community. The centre won numerous prestigious awards in management development during his five year tenure.
