Dr. Tang is a very experienced trainer with over 20 years of corporate experience in executive & management training, change management, project management and strategy. . He has particular expertise in consulting, facilitation, training and analytical writing and has worked with a range of industries in quality assurance, retail, charity, professional services, banks, transport and NGO’s.  
Dr Tang was the Senior Consultant/Director for Environment Resource Management for 9 years prior to his work in the UK as a consultant. He later worked for several consulting firms delivering policy reforms and projects relating to change, business strategy and process improvement. In 2004 he joined Global Institute for Tomorrow - a Hong Kong–based think tank. During this time he developed leadership programmes based on corporate governance and sustainability.  In 2009 he joined AECOM Asia an American multinational engineering firm as a Sustainability Director and made many contributions to sustainability, CSR and innovation.


Dr. Tang is a specialist in sustainability with project experience in urban design, environmental management and social innovation. His strengths include problem solving, working across different stakeholder groups and implementing actionable change.  He has held many management board positions including President of the Institute of Management Consultants (HK), Chairman Lingnan College English Advisory Board and Vice Chairman of the Sustainability and Environment Committee, HK General Chamber of Commerce.


Dr Tang has been a professional training consultant with some of the world’s leading companies for over 15 years. During this time he has designed and delivered management and soft skills  training for many clients such as HSBC, AECOM, MTRC, Jebsen, SGS, and University of Macau. He adopts a passionate style in training and is capable of explaining complex ideas in simple words and vivid illustrations. 


Dr. Tang has a PhD. In Chemistry from City University, London (UK), an MBA from  Henley Management College (UK), and a BSc. (Hon) Industrial Chemistry, City University, London (UK).  He has an excellent command of the English language and is able to conduct training in English.
