David brings 20 years experience in management consulting and coaching with Fortune 500 clients across wide-ranging industries. He helps clients enhance individual effectiveness, so as to improve personal and organisational wellbeing in sustainable ways. 


He helps leaders examine both their strengths and challenges, in work and lives to work out development roadmap with focus on changing impeding behavioral patterns with the ‘end-in-mind’ mentality. His clients are mostly expat managers working in China and leaders in domestic firms that are expending into global market.


His coaching specialties are management effectiveness, cross-culture communication, career development and outplacement. His clients have included executives and management teams from pharmaceutical, consumer goods, IT & telecom, energy, manufacturing, financial service and the automobile industry.


As a certified facilitator and coach, David has delivery experience in multiple countries including Australia, India, Malaysia, Indonesia, US, Hong Kong, and mainland China. 


Prior to qualifying as an executive coach, David served as a facilitator and consultant at FranklinCovey and Right Management.  He was also the Research Manager for Nielsen and Sales Manager with Shell. (ACNielsen changed its name to Nielsen now)

Educated in both China and the US, David  received a Master’s Degree in Business Administration  at University of Florida, a Master of Science in Marine Biology at the Chinease Academy of Science and a Batchelor of Science in Marine Aquaculture at Jimei University.  David  is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English.
