Rong brings almost 20 years experience in talent strategy and talent development with MNC’s in the APEC region. She helps clients enhance leadership effectiveness in alignment with business short-term and long-term strategies, so as to improve organizational and individual wellbeing in sustainable ways. 


Prior to qualifying as an executive coach, Rong was the APAC Talent Development Director of Honeywell, where her expert knowledge was in driving talent strategy, leadership development and coaching programs in Asia.  Prior to this, she had 16+ years talent leadership experience across several MNC’s including GE and DHL. 


In her corporate life, she worked very closely with executives and business leaders, as well as her global teams in US, Europe and Latin America, to develop business-focused talent strategy and build leadership pipeline to develop global leaders achieving business goal. Over the years, her work incorporated several leading-edge features including executive succession planning, competency-based assessment, executive coaching, global leadership development programs, organization transformation and culture change in global diverse team.


Her coaching clients include Presidents, Directors, and High Potentials who want to expand their skills, to remedy a significant leadership issue, or to accelerate their transition into a new role of increased scope and complexity. Her clients are from the following industries, aero, automation, special material, energy, supply chain, transportation and smart home. 


With over 200 coaching hours her key focus is leadership coaching, career coaching and self-leadership coaching. She has great passion on inspiring people and unlocking talents’ potential by deeply exploring the judgment and hypothesis behind the behavior itself, finding out the inner interference and working out breakthrough solutions to enhance relevant behaviors. 


Rong received a Master of World Literature from Shanghai Normal University.  She is fluent in Mandarin and conversational English.
