We are in the era of uncertainty and volatility. Organisations have been looking for the new winning formula. MDS, in partnership with MRG (Management Research Group), has carried out original research to discover the secret.
Two key success factors are crucial for organisations at the moment - change and employee engagement.
Regarding change, Walter Frick (Deputy Editor HBR) recently summarised different ways to survive a recession and thrive afterward. He concludes there is no one-size-fits-all solution. The key for the leadership team is to identify opportunities and initiate change to exploit them.
Regarding employee engagement, recent research reveals that a highly engaged workforce will not only provide stability but also commitment to organisational results. However, fewer than 20% of workers worldwide feel a sense of purpose in their work (Buckingham & Goodall, May 2019).
Jonathan Wong, Master Practitioner of the LEA™ (Leadership Effectiveness Analysis™) will illustrate our insights from global research data, collected from more than 50 countries between 2014 and 2019. You will uncover the secret – the most important leadership practices for engaging employees and adapting to new opportunities.
This mini TTT outlines a workshop which you can deliver to a group of managers / leaders to set them on their leadership development journey. They can apply newly acquired MBTI reflections immediately to examine their present leadership style – and create a realistic personal development plan.

In this workshop, Cameron Nott, Managing Director of CPP and a registered Psychologist will use the TKI™, a Harvard win-win model for negotiation to demonstrate how your knowledge of the model enables you to become a successful negotiator, a persuasive leader and an influential communicator in managing workplace conflicts effectively.
