Enhancing the Company's Leadership Capacity
This programme is targeted for executives who, at this stage in their careers, need to be totally confident and comfortable with their leadership style and enjoy being on the leadership stage. They will need to be aware of how their leadership behaviours affect the people who create success for their business. In this programme they will learn what motivates them to lead and critically assess their present leadership performance. From this they will be able to craft a personal plan for leadership effectiveness.
The programme is run as separate coaching assignments for each executive team member and delivered over a 6 month period. It is delivered by our team of executive coaches and includes some shared events during the 6 month cycle.

Best Practice Performance Appraisals
This programme enables you to deliver a highly effective annual performance appraisal with confidence and competence. Good performance management is built on setting goals and objectives or KPIs. So you will develop skills for that meeting. You will then use a 3 stage review model for the annual performance appraisal. This programme enables you to raise productivity by managing your own time and others’ time more effectively. Good time management is about finding another “day” in your working week. By applying time management principles you can recover 7 hours of wasted time from the time waster’s rubbish dump. This one day application programme for leaders assumes that you have already completed your FIRO-B® Interpretive Report for Organisations and received feedback. It is best to do this by attending the 1 day programme Building Team Relationships – Using the FIRO-B® Instrument. Or MDS can easily arrange one-to-one feedback with your FIRO® trainer (for you and other participants) before the programme start.
Building Leadership Relationships – Using the FIRO-B® Instrument enables you to understand your leadership behaviours and modify them to be more effective in the role. It takes you through the 3 styles of leadership using the FIRO-B® instrument. You examine the Blake/Mouton leadership research and note how your FIRO-B® profile pre-disposes you to people or task leadership styles. Through experiential exercises you will note what effect your style, either collaboration, authority or empathy has on others.
