Alec is a very experienced trainer who brings skills and experience from nearly 15 years as an HR professional with multinational companies. He has expertise in leadership development, organisational development and soft skills development subjects with a range of global corporations in manufacturing, chemical & health care, professional services and insurance industries.


Prior to his career as an associate trainer, Alec worked as an HR Manager/Training Manager for multinational corporations such as Prudential Life plc, Kraft Foods, Air Liquide, and Deloitte. He was responsible for developing the annual training plan, developing curriculums for all in-house leadership, soft skills and organisational development workshops and conducting training for general staff and junior to senior level managers. He has a profound knowledge on the psychometric instrument MBTI® and blends this knowledge with programme delivery to uplift the quality of programmes and to give a valuable experience to the participants.

 Alec is a passionate and energetic trainer, and is skilled in using interactive techniques to enable participants to grasp concepts and apply key takeaways effectively on the job. He is a strong believer in interactive learning and uses learner’s motivation and adult learning concepts to engage his participants in the class. During his 15 years of experience in the HR profession, he has designed and delivered training workshops in the areas of leadership development, corporate culture and value, competency development, industrial safety management system, performance management, interviewing skills, team building, presentation skills, and train the trainer programmes.


He has worked with a range of leading companies including Deloitte, Taikoo motors, Unicocell and Docutek solutions.  Through his broad experience in training design and delivery he has hosted many industry seminars and workshops. Alec is also well known as a public speaker and facilitator and has delivered speeches for Graduate Institute of Human Resource Management in National Central University, many small or medium private enterprises and Rotary Clubs and NGOs.


Alec has a Bachelor of Business Management degree from the Chinese Culture University. He is a certified practitioner of the Sales Performance Assessment (SPA™), MBTI® Step I and II and has conducted more than 2000 MBTI® feedback sessions for participants.

Over the past 15 years Andrew has built up extensive global experience in a range of multinational companies such as Bell, Nortel and Juniper Networks. He began his career as a systems engineer but quickly moved into management roles including Product Marketing Manager, Senior Manager Business Strategy for Asia, and Regional Marketing Director for Asia Pacific.

In 2006 he became a full time management trainer, coach and consultant and has built a reputation as a creative and engaging trainer with expert skills in a wide range of subjects. Andrew has designed and delivered training in leadership, strategic planning, business, marketing and selling skills. 

Andrew has a PhD in Global Leadership from Regent University and has held part time lecturing posts with the Hong Kong Baptist University and City University of Hong Kong.

Anita has over 20 years experience in talent management, learning and development, HR consultancy, sales and marketing and quality improvement techniques. She has worked with global corporations in healthcare, financial services, Insurance and technology and is now a full time management trainer and L&D consultant. She is an energetic facilitator with extensive experience in Asia Pacific.


After starting her career in sales and marketing with a manufacturing company Anita moved into talent and quality systems development with GE. In 2006 she joined a financial and leasing company as an HR generalist in charge of HR operations and human capital projects in APAC countries including PRC, HK, Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan and Korea. Taking a break from her corporate career, she moved into freelance training in 2008 as a learning and development consultant.  During this time she conducted HR consultancy projects for a global private investment firm providing services in talent attraction, talent acquisition and organisational development. She also took an interim HR Director role for a leasing company to lead a team of HR and Admin associates to accomplish number of human capital projects. In 2012 Anita joined Apple retail as the Greater China Field Partner, for Global Talent Development. She was responsible for creating a culture that inspires and enables internal talent and empowers new leaders.


Anita’s areas of expertise include leadership development, change and conflict management, career and executive coaching and assessment centres. She is an experienced facilitator of leadership who delivers in both English and Mandarin. She helps corporate leaders expand their business and career potential through leadership skills, strategic thinking and personal development. Her clients include Apple, Bosch, BMS, GE, General Motors, Met Life, Siemens, Ping An and TPG.

Chrissie is an experienced executive coach, facilitator and consultant with more than 14 years experience working with senior managers. She has more than 10 years corporate HR experience including regional and global managerial responsibilities in the semiconductor business, and global managerial positions in the retail business. She also has more than 8 years experience in training and facilitation.
Chrissie's current clients include senior executives from the following industries: Banking, Insurance, Manufacturing, Hi-tech, International Water, Accounting, Hospitality and Media.
Her areas of expertise cover executive coaching, leadership development, change management, teambuilding, performance management, career and personal coaching, and team communication.

Cindy is a very experienced HR professional with more than 20 years regional management experience in leading multinational and major corporations including JPMorgan, Honeywell, Hang Seng Bank and Alcatel STC Australia. She has strong business sense and wide experience in Learning and Development, both as an internal and external senior consultant. She has led major projects in leadership development, talent management, succession planning, performance management, customer service, strategic business planning and total quality management.
Besides her rich corporate experience, Cindy is a very accomplished senior consultant with a warm and interactive style.  She designs and conducts innovative programmes on effective leadership, people management, teambuilding, coaching, communication, assertiveness, interpersonal skills, interviewing skills, creativity, problem solving and decision making, etc.
