Alison specialises in Self-Awareness Leadership Development Coaching “bringing your whole self to work”, Cross Cultural Teamwork, supporting Chinese executives in their career transition in MNCs, and supporting expatriates in MNCs to gain a better understanding of working in corporate China. Alison’s passion also includes supporting difficult communications in conflict management and rigorously maintaining a healthy work-life balance.


From Malaysia, Alison has 20 years of China corporate experience as Co-Founder and General Manager of the first US-Shanghai (Government) Healthcare Joint-Venture - World Link Medical Centers (acquired by MNC Parkway Health), the China Commercial Director for Bristol Meyers Squibb and the Head of Health Economics and New Feasibility Clinical Trials at GlaxoSmithKline. Prior to China, she worked in Singapore and New York as a Management Consultant for Ernst & Young. Alison has a dual degree major in Medicine and Business from Ireland and London in the UK.


Alison’s large corporate clients include HSBC Bank, Gerson Lehrman consulting group, Johnson & Johnson, Microsoft, Unilever group, Sony, L’Oreal and CEIBS (EMBA programme).

Alison's coaching style is based on developing greater self-awareness and courage to look within oneself. This leads to self-correcting and self-generating attitudes which lead to accountable actions leading to performance results. All this is integrated with well- being, integrity, empathy and the community (work and life). Alison's coaching has been described as "great presence, accountable results, positive and supportive."

With a passion for growing gifted leaders, Angie is an internationally accredited coach, with extensive experience in both the United States and China. Her expertise includes executive assessment and coaching, leadership development, and emotional intelligence facilitation with a focus on behavioural change. As a coach and consultant, Angie has worked in a wide variety of industries including financial services, consumer products, health care, automotive, high tech, and telecommunications. Angie’s clients include senior executives, and high potentials who want to expand their skills, remedy a leadership issue, or accelerate their transition into a new role of increased scope and complexity.
With more than 20 years of practical experience working as a corporate executive, Angie has extensive experience in building organisational capability, leading start-ups, and managing broad-scale change efforts across business groups. She is a sought-after workshop leader who has developed and implemented coaching and women leadership programmes benefiting women in Asia and the US. While president of a regional banking organisation in the United States, Angie led her division from obscurity to national prominence, spending countless hours coaching and mentoring hundreds of senior leaders. She was named “Outstanding Female Banking Executive” by Independent Bankers Magazine in 2006. Her coaching expertise and extensive knowledge of corporate culture and leadership development are the foundation of her success.

Beth is an experienced coach and mentor.  Having worked in New York and Asia she brings to her coaching assignments extensive intercultural experience.
Her corporate background spans over 15 years in the New York and Asia/Pacific advertising industries.  During her tenure with Ogilvy and Mather in Asia she managed training and people development for over 5,000 employees across the Asia Pacific region.
With excellent communication skills, Beth is a gifted facilitator and trainer of groups and teams and has the ability to bridge-build between people from different backgrounds, be they professional or cultural. She has coached executives, artists and entrepreneurs in the US, Europe and Asia.

Beth support clients through periods of transition. She views the period of transition as a time of infinite possibility, and helps her clients maximize their inherent gifts and uniqueness while they navigate the choices and emotions that accompany change.
Beth received a Bachelor of Journalism from the University of Missouri-Columbia, USA and a copywriting diploma form the Portfolio Center in Atlanta, Georgia.  Her coaching certification is through Coach for Life and she is a member of the International Coach Federation.

Birgitta is an enthusiastic, creative and experienced executive coach who was born in Sweden and has lived, studied and worked in various countries. She brings both personal experience and professional expertise to her coaching. Besides Europe, Birgitta has lived in the US , Indonesia, Taiwan and mainland China. Collaborating with, developing and serving people to grow and excel personally and professionally is Birgitta’s greatest strength as well as her greatest motivator.
During the last 6 years Birgitta has worked as a trainer and coach in China, first in Guangzhou and now in Beijing. In these roles she has trained and coached Chinese and Western individuals and teams, from various industries and different levels of leadership. In Beijing Birgitta worked for two years as a Senior HR Consultant, Trainer and Coach for Thomas International, a global company focusing on psychometric assessments.
During this time she trained, coached and managed long term change management projects for international companies, while giving numerous workshops and training programmes focusing on team communication and leadership development.
Birgitta delivers training courses in areas such as organisational behaviour, cross-cultural communication, conflict management, emotional intelligence, positive psychology, and presentation skills.
She is a CTI trained Co-Active Coach and an accredited ICF coach.

Bonnie is a seasoned executive coach based in Hong Kong. She specalises in cross-cultural coaching, succession planning and personal and organisational effectiveness.
Having lived and worked in Hong Kong, Japan, Canada and China Bonnie brings rich business acumen and international trade experience to her coaching. She assists HR managers and Directors to adopt a coaching culture and environment for their talented staff development programmes and is currently a lecturer in the HKU Space teaching Corporate Coaching. Her clients includeToshiba, HKTDC, Itochu and Unidux.
Bonnie is the first IAC-CC certified coach from Hong Kong, and served as the Director on the Board of Governors of International Association of Coaching (IAC), a leading non-profit certifying organisation in 2007-2010. As one of the first-batch coaches in Asia, Bonnie is the founding member of the Hong Kong International Coaching Community (HKICC) and was elected President in 2005/6. She is actively involved as the Honorary Advisor to the community.

She is an Eco-psychologist and is pursuing her PhD research in Eco-coaching. She believes "Well Mind, Well Business and Well Earth."
