This programme enables you to deliver a highly effective annual performance appraisal with confidence and competence. Good performance management is built on setting goals and objectives or KPIs. So you will develop skills for that meeting. You will then use a 3 stage review model for the annual performance appraisal. You will also practise skills to monitor, give feedback and coach your people throughout the year. The programme is built around observing then appraising role play characters in a practical workplace setting.
