Powerful Presentations
This programme enables you to build your competence and confidence to go on stage and deliver a highly effective message to your audience. You will learn the foundational skills which all presenters need – managing yourself, managing your material and managing your audience. You will deliver many short presentations on the first day, then design and deliver a 20 minute presentation on the second day. The exercises are designed to turn your nervousness into energy. Then new skills enable you to plan creative material, deliver with clarity and energise your audience.

High Impact Presentations
This programme enables you to present confidently to more senior audiences. It is a level 2 programme designed for those who know the basics and are ready to raise their game in presenting. You will learn how to deliver a high level message with sufficient power and style to persuade even critical and cynical audiences. You will focus on dealing with tough clients in a sales setting or demanding board members. This is a small group programme with extensive practice sessions to apply new skills in realistic settings.

Objectives
By the end of this programme you will be able to:

Shape material for clarity and make key recommendations which are persuasive
Craft material with a clear purpose using a 7 step model
Design stories or anecdotes in key parts of the script – and rehearse
Use 6 techniques for persuading effectively
Deal with push-back without crumbling – use the power of silence
Use your voice and the pause, and body language to reinforce your message
Deliver material with confidence and authority, expecting buy-in from the audience
Use a “charisma model” for raising excitement levels when appropriate



Storytelling
This programme enables you to enrich any presentation by telling a story. This is a technique used by leaders (especially when change or other disturbances are affecting a team), sales professionals, coaches and counsellors. You will learn the foundational skills which all presenters need - managing yourself, managing your material and managing your audience. You then use a model for story writing, decide on content and map the essential track. You will learn how to engage your own emotions and take your audience along with you.

Use the storytelling method to inspire your team or energise them for action
Shape your story around a key objective – reflection or challenge
Use effective techniques for a dynamic opening and closing
Craft your story with a clear purpose using key steps for storytelling
Predict and track your audience’s emotional response

Learn ways of using humour, pathos or drama to engage the audience
Deliver your story with confidence and authority, so that your audience takes away a powerful message
