This programme enables you to develop a strategic mindset and consider how the need for new products in new markets will impact the direction of your business unit. You will cover an overview of the strategic management tools developed by business schools. To achieve this you will take part in practical exercises to expand your creative ability, develop your strategic thinking and manage the change which is necessary when you implement strategy. You will use a case study to see how strategic thinking works in practice.
