For talent management:


LEA™ Candidate Report (for hiring) is a 15 page report specially designed for a hiring manager. It describes the candidate’s assets and challenges and presents interview questions. (This can be done as a 360 assessment if it is for internal hiring.) You may buy this report if you have attended an MDS half day programme “Best Practice Leadership” – so do not need to attend the full 2 day LEA 360™ Certification Programme.

Strategic Directions Composite Report is a fast and very effective way of deciding on a desired leadership profile for the future. It is highly valuable when a company is faced with new business challenges (or a present leadership culture which is known to be ineffective). It is produced by a consultation process called Strategic Directions™.



Role Expectations Composite Report is produced by a consultation process called Role Expectations™. The report shows the desired profile for an existing leadership position and describes the present requirement for the role.



LEA 360™ Composite Report is generated by compiling the LEA 360™ Reports from each member of a leadership team (for example). The line graph presentation shows clearly the gaps between the leaders’ own perception of their effectiveness as a leadership team – compared with the direct reports’ view.
